We're inspired by nature, and especially, the gentle waters of the rivers and lakes in the Muskoka's. Steve grew up in Bracebridge, and we've spent much time in peaceful revelry enjoying the splendor that
these waters offer. This piece has a gentle, flowing, undulating quality, but it's vibrant and colorful at the same time. This large, contemporary fluid artwork will work well with any type of decor style.
The process used to paint the artwork is unique, relying on non-traditional methods including wind, fire, gravity and natural additives. To achieve the effects and detail of this liquid artwork, Wendy mixes her own mediums using special combinations of various additives. The mediums encourage the abstract painting to stand-out without dominating a space.
This original fluid artwork is a one-of-a-kind, unique piece. Given the techniques and materials Wendy uses to create her liquid art, it's impossible to recreate any specific piece, and we don't sell prints. All of our contemporary artworks are provided signed, ready-to-hang, with a certificate of authenticity provided. ​
