If you are interested in commissioning a special piece of original OR functional art (we do furniture, boxes, trays and one-of-a-kind coasters), please contact us via email. We work with a range of colors, substrates and sizes. We can also provide framing at a reasonable cost.

How does the process work? Once you express an interest in a commission, we will setup a meeting or a Zoom call so that we can view your space, measure the space, look at the light in the room, other artwork that may be in the space, and talk about a potential colour palette. This meeting gives us a good understanding of your wishes. In the days of COVID, you may wish to send along photos too. After we meet, Steve draws up a document which outlines your/our understanding of the commission, the quoted price and an estimated timeline. Things take a little longer during COVID as the acquisition of materials takes longer (supply chains are affected, carpenters work differently, manufacturers are slowed down, etc.). Once the deposit is provided, we get started!

Speaking of deposits, we ask for 50% of the quoted price for commissions. This helps to cover the cost of materials required to complete your piece. But, we also have a "No Risk" commission process. If you don't love the painting, we will modify it as much as possible, or find something else for you.

In the Greater Toronto Area, we provide a FREE delivery and installation service, on all paintings 24X24" or larger, included in the cost of the painting. During the pandemic, Steve delivers at a mutually agreed upon time, puts on a mask, leaves the carefully wrapped painting outside of your home, rings your bell, and steps back! We ask clients to give us a call if they would like to talk further about their new piece.

We will deliver and install larger artworks or furniture within the Southern Ontario region too. Depending on the distance, there may be a small surcharge.

We also offer safe, secure, curbside pickup on all artworks. Our studio is located in west-end Toronto.
